Cooling system, pump etc...

Hey i got a C, with a 113 cid engine.
Ive worked on cars some and every cooling system ive ever worked on has had a radiator that the water came in on the side, and went across the radiator.
On this tractor the water comes from the top...goes down and apparently out the bottom. Where is the water pump, and how do you get to it? How do you get the crank pulley off top take the timing cover off? Does this cooling system have a Thermostat? Where is it? Is it pressurized?
