Safety Question for 450 Owners

Since I converted my 2-point to a 3-point hitch and attached a grader box, climbing on or getting off from the rear is not as safe. Has anyone added steps to climb on and off from the front? I have set out the fenders with spacer plates and it looks like enough room to add steps. Would steps from a later Farmall model adapt without much modification? I realize this seems anti-Farmall, but I do not mend as quickly as I did in the 1950's. Any ideas would be welcomed.
