Thanks for the info. The tractor is in the shed now, and it is dark and snowing out, so my memory will have to serve me. The levers curve upwards, but I dont think they go over the top of the control block. The fast hitch works the way you describe, but the handle is such that it seems like I am pressing down for it to go up. I will have to look closer tomorrow if the snow stops.
