F20 front wheels

I have an F20 in need of front tires and perhaps rims (it currently has neither). I am not sure what/how the front tire and rim assembly goes together; what I have is what appears to be two half-rims attached to the tricycle axel. Is there another half rim that bolts to the inside half? What am I missing? I get the tractor this way so I do not know what I should be looking for to re-assemble it. Any help would be much appreciated. Regards,
