Yes . Use a gm alternator with the built in regulator. Turn the gen bracket over so that it is installed up side down and bolt the alternator to the front tab with a spacer to line up the belt. It will just fit under the hood. You can use the original belt. The alternator needs to have the front part rotated so that the wires come out the top so they dont hit the hood. You may want an alternator shop to do that for you.
