You didn't mention what type of Farmall..I wouldn't think a tractor would get stuck that hard in just a year and a half. Is it an A or B?, On those, sometimes the starter drive gets stuck in the forward position and you need to loosen the bolts enough for the starter to reposition itself. Wouldn't that be funny if after you break off the frontend, that it was just the starter?
