47 farmall engine froze need help

i have a 47 farmall it was running till i got it stuck,1-1/2 years ago.i hooked a chain to the front end and broke the the front end. i found the part for 50 dollars and replaced it.now the engine is froze, i tried to free it by pulling it forward and backwards while popping the clutch, but no luck, it even stoped the truck that was pulling me whe i poped the clutched.seems hard to believe it froze that bad from sitting, can any one give me advice on what to do thanks dave
