The governor will be oiled from the engine running. Look at the right side of the block and see the firing order of 1-3-4-2. Rotate the engine until the #1(Front) cyl. is at TDC and check to see the location of the rotor in either your mag or dist. The corresponding post on the cap should be wired to your #1 spark plug. Then go around the cap in Clockwise direction to wire the rest of the plugs (1-3-4-2) and hook up the coil wire into the center post on the Dist/Mag cap. Just buy two new studs and screw them into the holes on the bottom of the radiator. Available at your local Cas NH dealer or any good auto parts/hardware store. THink originals were 3/8" NC thread on one end and NF on the other. They usually had castelated nuts and cotter keys through the bolster end. Don't forget the rubber pads for the radiator to sit on.
