Check out the Wisconsin Historical Society for paint schemes for plows. As for changing the plow from rubber to steel, it could be difficult. You would at least have to change the hubs on the axles. I'm not saying it couldn't be done. Maybe someone else has more experience with this. "H" and I restored two #8 plows and if you need pictures I would be glad to help out. Hope this helps.
