Little Genius or Little Wonder Plows

Have a #4 Little Wonder and am going to paint it. There is a picture in the Implement Gallery of a "1930's IH Little Genius #8 2-14 Plow" by Clyde. A comment for the picture by someone said that it was actually a #4 Little Wonder. If this is the case, I am going to follow his paint scheme. I see that some of the Geniuses and Wonders have a type of rope that goes from somewhere above the left wheel towards the tractor. Anybody know what this is or what it's for. Also, what tire size should I get? I have it on steel wheels now, but want to make it rubber for easy transport. Is the front of the bar black? Also, what color should I paint the molboards as well as the furrow wheel? Thanks Justin
