Chad, Changing axle seals is not bad. You must jack the tractor up and remove the tire, rim and wheel. (The wheel is quite heavy and you should get help for this.) Remove 4 bolts that hold the endcap on. The seal is housed in this endcap. Probably should make or obtain a new gasket for the endcap. For the TA, there was a video made for this job featuring the very tractor you have. We have replaced a TA in a 460 before. It involves splitting the tractor, which is not as bad as it sounds. Once the TA is out, you can either rebuild it yourself or just exchange it for a reworked unit. Don't be afraid of it. Like my brother tells me, "It's just nuts and bolts."
