crack on top of block

I have a c113 eng. And there are two cracks. one between two of the water ports maybe 3/4 in.second starts a water port and head toward a sleeve. I not to worried about the first but the second being near the sleeve worries me a little.
I dont think i need to worry about a repair on the first, since the cooling system is not pressurzed. what do you think.
wanting to know cause I know i guy who want the engine but i dont want to sell it to him if its not useable.
