I took my brothers 400 and I replaced every o-ring in the hydraulic valves. This is the only sure way to get rid of all of them. It does take someone who has the ability to take things apart and put them back together to do thus. Also, you need to buy about 50 dollars worth of o-rings from Case IH. I am willing to do these hydraulic valves for people if they wanted to ship them. Then all you would have to do is get the orings that go between the valves accurately installed to be rid of all your leaks.
