Plowing with a LoBoy

Have a '62 Cub LoBoy with fast hitch. Bought a IH turning plow for it, and tried it out. Can't get the plow to engage the soil, even with touch control fully down, and fast hitch depth adjustment at full travel. Plow just slides along the surface. What am I doing wrong? Are there different plows for LoBoys?
