I went out to mow with my 66' int cub this morning. Was having a problem with the throttle.. was all or nothing. At first I thought the governor was malfunctioning, but then got to noticing the valve the throttle/governor linkage moves is sometimes 'sticking'. I slight rap on the carb with a screwdriver makes it unstick, and all is normal. Might do it once, or ten times, then it is gone for 2 weeks.. etc. Ideas?.. everything else seems fine.. though I need to figure out how to adjust the carb for more power. Governor is responsive to load.. but engine doesn't seem to either rev high enough, or possible needs adjust ment for power, as the compression and ignition is good, etc. Any advice is appreciated. Are these carbs available? thanks Soundguy
