bryan, 560 diesel tractors are good tractors. The hesd gasket problem is due to the tractor being started with starting fluid or the head being untrue. If the glow plug system is not in good shape it is a must for starting the tractor right.check the head,when replaceing the head gasket.True it, then check the glow plug system.
when starting the tractor you will need to heat it for at least one minute be for tring to start the tractor.TO make the tractor run to it's best be sure the injector's are in good shape/good spray patern. Hope this a help to you.
