You need to decide how much tractor is too much. 06, 26, and 56 series are great, but they are heavy, powerful tractors and are more than you need just to do a little cutting and baling. 460 and 560 are both about right for that kind of work. They do have independent PTO, and the 2-point Fast Hitch was a common option, it can be converted to 3-point quickly and easily. Another good choice is somthing in the 544, 656, 666, 686 family, a little more user friendly than the 60 series, but those tractors are in such high demand that they are too expensive just to do a little baling. 656 would be about the cheapest one in that line. As for 3-point hitch, it was always only an option, we have a 706 with no 3-point. For you, I would suggest 460, 560, 656, and mabey 706 at the very most.
