Those yoke bolts are tapered and fit very snugly.
I took my acetylene torch with a small tip and heated the outside of the part where the bolt is fitted. Just a LITTLE heat and the expansion will free up the tapered bolt. Watch out for the rubber cushion washers so they don't burn on you. Have a rag wet with water handy.
Patience is the word.
Watch out for other fire hazards!
