Rusty: Please tell me more. How can I replace these oil seals without splitting the tractor? I did replace the countershaft oil seal. This was pretty simple since the the dog was threaded to the shaft. However, the main shaft oil seal doesn't appear the be threaded at all and it is coupled to the drive shaft. If there is better way to do it without splitting the tractor, then I would really like to know how. I can't find anything in my IH service manual. I would appreciate any help you could lend.
