teardown model A

This Sunday after church me and a friend plan on seperating and tearing down the engine on his model A. We are both mechanic but know nothing about these beasts is there any pointers or thing to be carefull about that we need to know, so we dont cause anymore damage. (when purchased we where told the engine was lock up) I dont think we are going to test it but if it would be benifitial to have # 1 at TDC before we pull the mag we can try. The axle housing is also leaking at the end but i dont think we are going to mess with him this week
