Farmall M Cuts Out....Help?!

I recently bought my first M. It runs lower speeds fine, but cuts out slightly when throttle is open more than 1/3 or 1/2 way. I put in a new carb kit, cleaned and made correct adjustments. Float is in good shape. Getting plenty of gas through the line too. It also cuts out when pulling a hill. Has new plugs, wires and points. Any ideas? Thanks!
