What gear for a parade?

I'm gonna be riding my 46A in the July 4th parade this thursday. This will be a first. What gear and throttle speed do most of you guys use to keep a normal marching/walking pace. I haven't had the time to take her out on the road and experiment, and I don't want to screw up in the middle of the parade. Any suggestions? .... I'm thinking something like 2nd gear and low to mid throttle will do it. Thanks!
