That sounds a little low to me. I would guess it should be more than that. If nothing else, the 15 psi difference on the one intells a problem. Since this tractor is without electrical start (more than likely) the test moreless has to be done by handcranking. Just try to crank consistant with the same speed and forse for the entire test on all 4 cylinders. The faster you spin it the better since that will be closer to normal running speed than cranking slower. The slower you crank the more compression will be lost because it gives it more time to leak out. But you can still only go so fast and the faster you go probably the less consistant you are going to be with the force and speed of the cranking. You might try taking several readings on each cylinder both dry and wet. If no change from dry to wet, the problem is valves or seats or head gasket. If there is a change from dry to wet then the problem is likely piston to sleeve clearance or rings. If you are coming up with different readings on just the dry, or just the wet on one cylinder, then you might want to average the readings on that cylinder when you are comparing one cylinder to another.
