If I understand the situation correctly you need to know if that lower transmission shaft is the same on the 41 and 47 H. That lower transmission shaft that you write about is the countershaft if I am correct. The part number for that countershaft is good for S/N 45614 and up and by looking at the serial number page it sounds like you should be able to make it work ok. I'm not sure this answers your question but hope it helps.
