Casting codes get somewhat confusing after 1958, according to Guy Fay. Z was 1954, then A thru D were 1955 thru 1958. His book stops there, Guy says that some letters were dropped after that, but the years they were dropped are unknown. His book does not list the 140, but the engine serial prefix is C-123 for the 100 and 130, the 140 should be the same. The engine prefix for the 113 in the Super A is FAAM, for the 123 in the Super A-1 it is FCM.
