Water from IH 484 radiator overflow, but guage say

I've just been mowing with my 484. For about 45 minutes it was running hard, although I kept an eye on the temp guage and it stayed normal. After I shut down about 0.75 pint of water was blown out of (presumably) the radiator overflow. It's not done this before and I've been mowing with it for a while now, although was not as hard as tonight.

Should I be worried about this?
