On a stanadyne pump (new name for Roosa Master)
DB model like you have you will need to take off the top cover and rotate the motor over until you see the allen screw.
On DB2 models you can go through the side cover.
These pumps are on automotive motors 6.2GM, 6.9NAV,7.3NAV ect. KEV
