Thanks so much for the input. I'm printing off all the solutions and trying them when time permits. Hopefully we'll find the problem soon, and it will be running without bypassing the battery. If anyone has more suggestions I can try to pinpoint the problem, please feel free to post them. Every little bit helps. Thanks so much for the help. I truly appreciate it. Warmly, Kathy
