farmall 560 trouble

went to buy a 560 gas yesterday for 800 dollars. good tractor starts right up good metal, needs a left rear tire tube. bad tourqe. well when i checked the oil at first it was pretty clean. ran it for 10 minutes, came back ran it for 10 more minutes shut it off and the oil had turned creamy. water in the radiator didnt seem to go down any. also, the transmission oil was real real low. can this have something to do with it??
