Your parts man did not do too good of a job of looking for the governor shaft seal. The old number 45667D changes to 66440C1 and that number has been used for many years. It's still available for about $6.00 I just got 4 of them two weeks ago. All of the parts that I have order for governor repairs are available but some are $$$$$. As for the seal on the dist drive shaft. Are you asking about the seal for the drive shaft that is in that short housing, about 5 inches long that drives the dist or mag. The parts book shows a 352080R91 optional with 358839R91 but this seal is only used on serial number 268224 and up tractors. I don't know what is used on low number tractors. I have my 39 H all apart and I'll check to see what's in that housing. I need to take it apart before I sandblast it anyways. Hope this helps.
