Carb in BAD shape - help

Hello,
The Marvel-Schebler carb on my BN sat outside for 15+ years and is rusted up. I let it soak in lacquer thinner a year, Marvel Mystery Oil for 6 months, and diesel fuel for two months. I tried to remove the screws that hold it together, but they still won't move; I'm starting to wreck the slot on them. The throttle disk and shaft are destroyed after an attempt to remove them. From the outside, it looks like there's a lot of crud inside. Any thoughts on repair, or should I get a different one? Thank you. P.S. We are having our first rain of the year in northern Michigan. We had 50 - 60 degrees this weekend.
