There used to be another kind of tool for this besides an EZOut. Maybe it was just a type of chisel. It was sqarish on the business end and tapered. You drove the squared part into the broken off piece and then put a wrench on it for a handle to unscrew the broken-off part. It didn't make as many shavings as a hacksaw blade or an EZOut.
