You may be right. I think he knows what he is doing but who knows. The tractor is actually a family member's. I will mess with the screws this weekend and see what I come up with before I tear into the carb myself. I want it perfect, can't stand it any other way. Where is the best place to buy the service manual? Also, I am thinking of going through the engine after this planting season, what parts are best to put in this 113 engine and who has the best deals on them? It needs rings at least but I bet it is worn enough that it needs new sleeves,pistons and rings. It burns a good bit of oil but still has good oil pressure so I bet the bearings aren't so bad.
