I have a 300 RC. That hole below the dash is for the tachmeter/hourmeter. My tractor didn't have one, but you can add it if you really want to. It sounds like your tractor has all the goodies, plus some implements. I would say its worth at least $2700 to $3500. More if it has a wide front, powersteering.. I have a lot more $$$ into my 300 restoration, it would be a steal at that price and all you had to do is paint it.. check out the 300s on the photo classifieds to compare prices.
