Farmall 350 RC value and a question?

Looking at 350 RC with loader, hydraulic lift and bucket. Has working Torque amplifier, 3 remote valves, 2 point hitch, and 7 foot blade. Blade fixed in position, welded or something. Runs good, sheet metal pretty good, needs paint, has fenders, and 1 new rear tire. It has a hole below dash (approx. 3 in dia.) for something, any ideas? Hole is on sloping plate below dash.
