Sounds like a good price. In the ball park for a fixed up F-12. Just look for completeness, if anything is broke, or was broke and badly fixed, condition of rear rims, and the quality of the work done fixing it up. You may also want to look at the wheel's. Are they factory rubber wheel's or cut down steel. It's probably a personal thing, but I don't like the looks of cut down steel wheels on a restored tractor. Sounds like a reasonable buy price though if it is what he says it is and it is what you want.
