I was reading your post below about your search for your M&W clutch disc. Maybe you have already tried this ,but my brother in law has a truck repair business and he takes his clutch discs to a place that relines them. He also takes his race car clutches there,and they are a odd thing with 5 or 6 little pucks on it,instead of a ring of lining like a regular clutch. The point being ,apparently it don't have to be any standard deal for them to reline it.Might be worth a try.
