The way I see it, it is a 1947 according to the serial number list on this forum. The list shows the starting serial number for the year. It does not show the ending serial number for the year. The starting number for 1947 was 182964. That number appeared on the first 1947, and all numbers after that according to the list was 1947. Doesn't show an ending number, but apperently it was after 208873 which would make yours a 1947 unless it is a super A. I didn't look to see what those numbers are.
