560 is dead

Was plowing snow 2 nights ago with my 560 and everything was working fine, parked it(outside unfortunatly) and went to start it the next day and pushed the start button and nothing. I have 2 new batteries in it, so I doubt it is them. When I hit the start button the amp guage shoots all the way left. Its about 2 degrees out now and I would like to narrow the problem as much as I can to avoid being out there very long. A short? Battery? I dont even get a click when I hit the start button. Any help is appreciated!!
