Well, Hugh, when we make 1600 lb bales at 6 miles an hour, yes we need more than 100 horsepower. The 806 would do it, but would really smoke at the end of a bale. The 1256 was better, but still could here it pull at the end of a bale. Now, the 2590 loafs along and doesn't use much more fuel than the 1256 and has way more creature comforts and less maintenance concerns with the clutch/transmission than the 1256. And the 2590 is more manueverable than the old 806 (wheatland).
