I have not yet had a tractor hauled but am looking hard at a couple in NC. I have used the Hauling schedule with good success. I have driven to TX to get a planter once. Most commercial rates I have got quoted are $1.25 / loaded mile.
Individual hauler rates are in the same ballpark.
