Observation about straight pipes

A lot has been said about straight pipes and hearing loss,,but nothing has been said about the risk of fire. Here the DNR will not let you run any off highway vehicle, including farm equipment unless it has a Forestry approved spark arrestor or muffler. I wouldnt want to risk setting my fields on fire because I liked the sound ,,,,MY OPININION,,,,,Jim
