Check the serial number, the high compression gas tractors had X1 at the end. I have 2 distillate H's and they had no suffix on serial numbers. Also, the distillate tractors will have a square manifold with a lever to adjust the heat control. Plus the extra hole in the hood for the small starting tank on the magneto side is a dead giveaway if it is the original hood.
