Hugh is correct not only did they not have a starter or no place to mount one, but no hyd. either, we got one sitting in the shed used it to spay around the fences and hedge rows when I was a teenager.I'm not sure what they used it for before that, other then pulling loose hay and stray up in the hay mou, maybe plowing.Still had horses then.
