The bolt patern for the narrow front on an M is 41/2 inches and on the H it is 4 inches. You can put the narrow front off from an M on the H if you ream the holes inward but it isn't a good way to go. The governor will interchange to an extrnt but you have to change te gear that drives the governor and the tube to the carb too. the steering wheel yes, and the distributor yes and the lights will interchange.
