There was never a live PTO on 650's.
Before you go turning up the pump on any
9,600 or 650 you should take an evening to
read all the posts about busted heads on this
forum. The changeup inside the
transmission and rearend amounted to what
was necessary to change from drum brakes
to disks which happened on the SWD9's.
