International 650D Questions

Hi- I'm thinking of buying what I THINK is a 650D-the owner refers to it as a WD-9, and it does have a WD-9 hood, but it has a white grill and the tag says "650D".
Anyway, my questions(for now!) are: Does this have the same engine(size and HP) as the WD-9, or was it upgraded? What are the HP and Cubic Inch ratings of this tractor? Are there any other standard upgrades to the 650's from the W series? Will the WD-9 cylinder head interchange? Any other potential problems with these tractors I should watch out for?
What year(s) were they produced('57&'58?)?
