Mark,I think that the seals in you're control
valve may be allowing oil to get by.This happened
on my dad's loader tractor(john deere)that has
a seperate control lever for each function,up and
down,and tilting bucket.I remember him having
new o-ring seals put in it years back.When you
tried to tilt the bucket down(also slow)the valve
was allowing oil to try to tip the bucket back
at the same time. Matt
