Farmall h Leaking coolant

When I rebuilt the motor in my H last spring I put new hoses and coolant in and all summer and fall it didn't leak a drip. Now the past couple days where the temp has gotten down between 10 and 20 degrees, both lower hoses have started leaking. I haven't ran the tractor recently either. I tightened the clamps a little, not sure if it helped yet. my question is: Is this normal when the temp drops or what could be going on?
