All three of your battery voltage readings are consistant with a good battery. Recommend now you verify that none of the primary wiring nor the starting switch heats up when cranking. If these parts all stay cool the problem is in the starter. Suggest removing the starter and verifying the shaft (bushings) are not bound up (the shaft spins freely). If it turns OK, then remove the dust band from the starter and take a peek at the commutator and brushes. You may find one or more broken or worn out brushes, or perhaps a dirty, worn commutator. Brushes are readily available at an alternator shop and are easily replaced. The commutator can be cleaned up with emery cloth if it's not too bad, or you can take a light cut on it in a lathe if you have access to one. If all the above check out OK, problem is likely an open circuit in a field winding (which happened to me recently) - it's then time for a rebuild. Good luck!!
